CANCELLATIONS: We totally get that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We do kindly request 24 hours notice to any changes or cancellations so we can offer your time to another client, otherwise your booking deposit will be forfeited.
As we have long wait lists for appointments no exceptions will be made. If you are unwell and can’t come in, feel free to send someone else in your place.
Our online booking system requires a deposit automatically. If you have a prior deposit on your account, call or email the salon directly - OR redeem both deposits at your convenience in salon if you prefer to book online.
Please note our deposits are non refundable and will be added to your account as a credit to use at your convenience.
RUNNING LATE: If you run late for your appointment we may need to reschedule or change your treatment so as not to impact other clients. As your time and therapist has already been booked and allocated, the full original treatment will be charged.
